I have been a subscriber to Norton for more than 2 years and I was happy with it because of good service experience. But I haven’t thought of the bad experience with Norton. It was surprising for me to see that Norton anti-virus software would not open to allow me to scan my computer.

Within 5 minutes I got a reply from the chat support expert which contained the solution for the issue I was facing using Norton.
He helped me lower down the burden which I faced while I was unable to open Norton anti-virus to allow me to scan the computer. I was literally thankful to the support expert for his proper assistance and the help he provided to me.
All I can say after facing the scanning issue with Norton anti-virus, that it lowered down my burden and resolved the problem. In the same manner, even you can get proper assistance if you come across the same issue.
